The backbone of our cuisine is the nature of Bornholm – the wild as well as the cultivated. We care for the traditions, yet strive to renew. We are ambitious and thorough, yet we will always be playful and ever exploring. Our cuisine is regional, yet we are inspired by the whole world.

Roxie

With deep roots in Kadeau’s taste universe, Roxie is the informal, cozy, and yet ambitious little sister restaurant of the Kadeau Family.

Kadeau at Home is Kadeau’s private dining and catering unit. It excels in everything from big functions and conferences to small parties, buffets, gourmet dinners, and events.

Pony

Pony is Kadeau’s unpretentious and playful bistro – with sharp Nordic dishes and a vibrant atmosphere.

BobbaBella

BobbaBella is the Kadeau Family’s take on exceptional fast food. We use locally butchered meat from Bornholm. We also use homemade sauces and dressings, taking advantage of Kadeau’s enormous experience in the pickling kitchen.

Nordlandet

Nordlandet is our charming little hotel. Located on the very top of Bornholm with the sea and rocks as its closest neighbours. This is also where you will find our restaurants PONY x nordlandet and Underbar.

Hallegaard

On Eastern Bornholm, in the middle of nowhere, lies Hallegaard. For around 30 years, Hallegaard has been making salami and sausages based on local historical recipes, as well as bacon and other smoked meats of the highest quality. In 2017, we opened our slaughterhouse, in which we butcher livestock from dedicated local farmers. The common denominator in everything we do is quality, care, and the absence of artificial additives.

Bornholms Mosteri

Bornholms Mosteri is a juice mill located on the sunny Danish island of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea. We make delicious organic fruit juice and nectar while simultaneously creating jobs for socially marginalized people. People that due to psychical or mental disabilities are unable to manage an ordinary full time job.  We take pride in purifying the original taste of the raw materials to foster the potential of both the ingredients and our employees.
